Parlour Shows: Come join the fun

Parlour show entry from the June 2025 Sooke Garden Club meeting.

Parlour shows are designed to be a pleasant learning experience and practice for entering fall fairs and other flower and vegetable exhibitions. They also offer opportunities for members to display their outstanding or rare plant material.

The Club holds parlour shows indoors at the February, March, April, May, September and October meetings, and outdoors at the June Strawberry Tea. Each show has a designated list of categories for submissions, and entries are evaluated by certified judges. All members are encouraged to take part.
